Long-term pavement performance starts with good design, followed by the equally important process of appropriate maintenance. Raba Kistner has extensive experience in evaluating existing pavements, not only for developing pavement maintenance programs, but also for failure assessments. Pavement failures are often a result of subgrade and/or water infiltration issues, not improper construction. In either case, however, our staff can evaluate and offer recommendations for effective solutions.
Our knowledge of subsurface soil and groundwater conditions, combined with an expertise in pavement materials, allows us to evaluate pavement systems and performance, as well as causations of failure.
