Raba Kistner’s Forensic Services are needed when distress, deterioration, failure, loss of function, or reduced performance occurs in architectural or engineered building assemblies, components, or equipment. Our in-house resources include professional engineers, registered architects and certified technical staff experienced in forensics. The integration of similar resources from other Raba Kistner Departments allows us to solve complex problems for owners, investors, lenders, property managers, architectural and engineering consultants and contractors.

Raba Kistner’s Forensic Services ultimately may be used for assessments, remediation, repair, claims adjustments or litigation. These services include, but are not limited to:
