"The Greenville City Council is scheduled this week to approve a professional services agreement with Raba Kistner, Inc. of Dallas for the acquisition of rights-of-way and easements for the 1 million gallon list station project along the Interstate 30/Monty Stratton Parkway corridor. The firm is to be paid no more than $140,714 to obtain the tracts needed, through agreed purchase, appraisal or condemnation".
