RABA KISTNER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT HIRES BRUCE D. NIPP, PE, AS PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER (3/12/2014)
Dallas A. Scott Young, PE, Vice President of Raba Kistner Program Management, has announced that Bruce D. Nipp, PE has been hired as a Project Delivery Manager. He will be directly responsible for project delivery functions, including environmental processing, project design, corridor planning, sub-consultant management, schematic development, construction management and approval. In addition, he will also be responsible for promoting good client relations and assisting in the development of new business opportunities.
Mr. Nipp’s experience is in transportation planning and engineering where he has managed numerous transportation related projects involving all states of development, including preliminary planning, environmental assessment, public involvement, schematic design, plans, specification and estimate (PS&E) and construction management. He served for 15 years in various functions at TxDOT, working as Area Engineer, Assistant Operations Engineer and Amarillo District’s Transportation Planning and Development Director, before entering the private sector in 2000.
Mr. Nipp has been a professional engineer, licensed in Texas since 1990. He received his Bachelors of Science and Bachelors of Architecture from Texas Tech University, both in 1985.
