RABA KISTNER INFRASTRUCTURE HIRES ROSA E. TREVINO, PE AS PROJECT MANAGER II FOR AUSTIN OFFICE (3/12/2014)
Austin Robert L. Wilson, Senior Vice President and COO of Raba Kistner Infrastructure (RKI), has announced that Rosa E. Trevino, PE has been hired to serve as Project Manager II with responsibilities for managing the Owner Verification Services on one-third to one-half of the TxDOT Energy Sector Road Repair Project. This is a construction project that will rebuild 30 separate segments of roadway in the Eagle Ford Shale region in South Texas.
Ms. Trevino will be working under RK’s contract with TxDOT with the responsibility to verify the quality of the construction on the project, including construction inspection and material testing operations to ensure compliance with plans, drawings and specifications.
Before joining RKI, Ms. Trevino worked for TxDOT/Laredo District (1993 – 2013), finally serving as Director of Construction, where she was in charge of construction and materials, and contract compliance operations (Federal and State) of over $342 million in construction projects in the eight county Laredo District.
Ms. Trevino received her MA in Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word/San Antonio and her BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University-College Station.
