RABA KISTNER INFRASTRUCTURE ANNOUNCES HIRE OF KATHY M. HALL AS RIGHT-OF-WAY AGENT (Dallas)
Raba Kistner Infrastructure (RKI) has hired Kathy Hall as Right-of-Way Agent II. Her responsibilities for the company’s clients include acquisition, negotiation, relocation, title and closings, as well as other right-of-way functions. She also responds to public inquiries regarding ROW matters and represents RKI at public meetings and hearings regarding ROW issues.
Her assignments at Raba Kistner Infrastructure have included acquisition, relocation, coordination of environmental services and appraisal review for the I 35W expansion project in Ft. Worth and the SH 34 project in Kaufman.
Ms. Hall worked for DFW Advisors Ltd. for almost 10 years, serving as a Project Manager for such projects as two Dallas ISD Bond Programs, handling relocations and property management; the Trinity River Authority, acquiring easements for a pipeline; the relocation of 360+ tenants and property management for the North Texas Tollway Eastern Extension and the relocation of 250 tenants for a Dallas Housing Authority Revitalization Project, to name a few.
Ms. Hall received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. She has her Texas Real Estate License and is a Certified Relocation Specialist.
