Project Control announced that Arthur Garcia has been promoted to Senior Project Manager for the firm. Arthur is currently part of the team providing project management services for the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center Expansion project.
Arthur Garcia joined Project Control in 2005 as a Project Manager, bringing more than 10 years of project management experience in the fields of commercial construction and software development. Arthur has particular expertise in building systems and information technology and currently manages the company’s requirements for communications and data resources.
Past projects include the NuStar Energy Corporate Headquarters campus and various projects at Valero Corporate headquarters in San Antonio. Arthur is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds certification as a LEED AP.
