We are honored to welcome Mike Frisbie, PE, to the Raba Kistner team as Senior Vice President and Marketplace Leader for San Antonio and Austin.
Frisbie will serve as Raba Kistner’s strategic growth leader in the San Antonio and Austin marketplaces and oversee the regional growth of Raba Kistner’s four business lines—engineering consulting, infrastructure, environmental, and project management. Our clients in the public and private sectors will benefit from Frisbie’s proven leadership and experience.
Frisbie was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) and served as City Engineer for the City of San Antonio and Director of the Transportation & Capital Improvements department.
A licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas, Frisbie received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming.
