Raba Kistner, Inc., a leading provider of engineering and environmental consulting and project management, has acquired the Dallas construction materials engineering and testing (CoMET) assets of Fugro, a respected player and partner in the engineering industry. This strategic move solidifies Raba Kistner’s commitment to expanding its presence in North Texas to accommodate growth and efficiently serve current and future clients in the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth community.
With the acquisition, 20 employees have joined Raba Kistner, including Jason Allen, Manager, Construction Materials Engineering and Testing. As part of the purchase agreement, Raba Kistner will assume operations of CoMET offices, lab equipment and projects at Fugro’s former Grand Prairie location. Raba Kistner has operated in Dallas since 2008. Senior Vice President, Isidoro Arjona, PE, PMP, D.GE, F.ASCE, oversees Raba Kistner’s engineering and testing services throughout North Texas.
