The proposed demerger of Cardno and Intega was approved and the companies began trading separately on the Australian stock exchange (ASX) October 22. The new Intega Group Limited (ASX: ITG) is comprised of four companies, including Raba Kistner. “The Raba Kistner name, business, and culture continue, with the backing of Intega to broaden our national platform and competitive capabilities,” said Gary Raba, President of Raba Kistner.
